Chad Haldeman is a Senior Business Advisor with The Resultants, partnering with owners and leadership teams of privately held businesses to help them build stronger, more valuable organizations. He's spent his career focused on growth and is especially passionate about helping owners move forward with clarity, alignment, and confidence. Chad's approach is practical and people-centered, shaped by real-world leadership experience and a deep understanding of the challenges business owners face every day.

Before joining The Resultants, Chad spent nearly 20 years in senior sales and management leadership roles within large, complex organizations. He made a deliberate shift into the SMB and mid-market space, driven by a desire to bring the strategic focus, operating discipline, and leadership development of that world to growing, owner-led businesses. Today, he works closely with owners and their teams to define a clear vision, focus on what matters most, and follow through with accountability — always keeping the long-term health of the business front and center.

Chad is known for his calm, thoughtful presence and for helping leaders step out of the day-to-day "doing" and into building teams and systems that can grow without them. He's a graduate of the University of Minnesota and stays actively involved in mentoring and leadership communities. Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending time with his family, keeping up with current events and sports, and embracing teamwork and healthy competition — values that continue to shape how he supports leaders and organizations.
