For more than 25 years, I’ve enjoyed partnering with visionary owners and entrepreneurs to help grow strong, healthy organizations. I believe consistent communication creates real organizational clarity—and it’s how I help teams stay aligned, navigate change, and execute with confidence.
In my role, I lead day-to-day operations and bring a continuous-improvement mindset to building the systems, processes, and operating rhythm that turn vision into measurable progress. I focus on development, alignment and accountability, ensuring that goals are clear and our team culture healthy.
Before joining The Resultants in 2006, I built my career in the photo industry, working alongside creative teams and entrepreneurial owners during the transition from film to digital imaging. My background includes leading operations, marketing, and service/product development for privately owned portrait studios and photo labs—experience that shaped my practical, people-centered approach to scaling operations while emphasizing quality and customer experience.
Outside of work, my time centers around my family, the great outdoors, and my Half-Arabian Palomino horse, Jasper. I enjoy hiking, gardening, golfing, and chasing my grandkids around. I also volunteer with Junior Achievement—teaching financial literacy in the classroom and serving on the Hudson Board. In everything I do, I’m motivated by a simple purpose: to uplift people, inspire positive change, and improve lives.
